Senior Move Management
At Highland Heyday Estate Sales and Services, LLC, we specialize in providing comprehensive move management services tailored to meet the unique needs of our elderly clients. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition, whether you are downsizing and relocating the estate of a loved one or for yourself. We are here to assist you every step of the way, including consultation, organization, item removal, shipping and moving. We clean out the estate as we go, ending with either a broom clean or a total house clean by one of our contracted eco conscious cleaning firms. Items that are no longer desired by the owners and family will be donated to an area charity or removed by TRS junk recycling, a company committed to keeping 80% of the items they remove out of the landfills. Your unwanted items will be turned into art, repurposed, or fixed and resold by this fabulous local Asheville company. Furthermore, we will measure your new living space and consult with you on which items to take with you on this new journey.

Estate Sales
With our professional estate sales expertise, we handle the entire process from start to finish, including organizing, pricing, and hosting the sale. Our goal is to maximize the value of your assets while minimizing the hassle for you. We are happy to announce that in November of 2024, we will be adding auctioneer services for our estate sales. In November, we plan to offer online auctions that provide nationwide marketing and limits the number of people at your estate. This addition will make the process as easy and seamless as possible.
No matter if the estate sale is in person or online, we will remove all unsold items either for donation to local charities, or we will have out partner, TRS Junk Recycling come and take it away to be turned into artwork, recycled or repurposed. You can rest assured that they will keep 80% of these items out of the landfill. You will not have to worry over whether these items are ending up in the trash heap, because they will be given new life for someone else who needs them.
We will end the estate sale process with a broom clean or we will contact one of our partnering environmentally conscious cleaning companies to make the estate sparkling clean---whichever option you choose.

Estate Cleanout
During estate cleanouts, our compassionate team works efficiently to declutter and clean out the property, ensuring it is ready for its next phase. We understand the emotional and logistical challenges involved and approach each cleanout with sensitivity and professionalism.
We are happy to partner with TRS Junk Recycling to remove all unwanted items after first considering donations to local charities. TRS is a division of Asheville's The Regeneration Station; they are committed to keeping 80% of all items they remove from an estate out of the landfill. Your unwanted junk either becomes artwork or is repurposed and recycled in their hands. You can feel good about eliminating unwanted clutter when you employ our service because you are positively impacting the environment at the same time that we are lifting a burden from your shoulders.
We will end our clean out service with either a broom clean or we will send one of our partnering eco friendly cleaning services out to clean from top to bottom---whichever is your desire. We only contract with environmentally friendly cleaning services that you can trust to do an amazing job without using harsh chemicals that are bad for our environment.
